About
I lead engineering teams that ship faster by rebuilding how they ship. As Tech Lead on a regulatory decisioning platform at Droit, I’ve spent the last year proving that AI-native engineering — agents, custom skills, strict review pipelines — can deliver production code at higher quality and >2× the throughput of conventional practice.
I’m full-stack with front-end depth: 10+ years in React and TypeScript, fluent across the client–server boundary — APIs, services, data contracts — with my sharpest edge in test architecture, type safety, performance, and design systems.
I treat engineering as a craft, and the craft is bigger than the code. How a team builds — its review discipline, delivery cadence, quality gates, and the metrics that keep it honest — is the work, not overhead around it. Agents generate, but judgment ships: the best engineers today are the ones who can harness AI systems with rigour and engineer around them.
